Please note :

·         The process may take ten to thirty days depending on the status of the records file at the RTO department and correctness of the documents.  

·         Incase of signature mismatch between the application and RTO records then the Registered owner of the vehicle presence is required at the RTO for signature.

·         If the loan is cleared but the hypothecation continues to be seen in the RC book, then for documents please see dehypothecation process.

·         Additional charges for delivery and pick up of documents will apply.
